CinnamonRoll

I love freshly baked cinnamon rolls and this recipe is easy & delicious!

Give this CinnamonRoll a try and make your morning sweet!

Ingredients
250 ml milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 egg, room temperature and beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
80 gr granulated sugar
500 gr bread flour
1 cube yeast
30 gr olive oil
 Cinnamon Filling

100 gr butter, melted
100 gr brown sugar
2-3 tablespoons cinnamon
125 gr chopped nuts (you can use more or less according to your liking)
 
  Make the rolls Mix the milk, sugar, beaten egg and the yeast together add on flour, oil and salt.

 Knead on a lightly oiled surface until smooth and elastic.
Let rise in a warm place about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
After dough has risen, roll the dough into rectangle.

Spread the melted butter over the dough, sprinkle cinnamon filling over the dough.
Roll up tightly lengthwise, sealing edges.Cut into 12 slices. Place the rolls in greased pan.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
 Cinnamon rolls should not touch each other before rising and baking.


 Bake in preheated 175° oven for 30 to 35 minutes until they are a light golden brown.

 Let cool slightly. Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar over the cinnamon rolls while still warm.
